SARJ'S DAILY PLANNER - WINDOWS SETUP

Planner: https://singh.help/

1. Extract ALL files from this ZIP to a folder.
2. Double-click Install-Planner.cmd.
3. Choose your daily time (default 09:00, using your PC's local time).
4. Sign in to the private planner with your planner username and password.
5. Add a real deadline and check that it appears in the planner after reopening.

WHAT IT DOES
- Adds a shortcut in your Windows Startup folder to open at sign-in.
- Creates a daily Windows scheduled task for your account.
- Adds a desktop shortcut.
- Opens in an Edge app window (Chrome if Edge is unavailable).
- Uses your existing browser profile. It does not store passwords.
- ExecutionPolicy Bypass applies only to this setup process; it does not change your system policy.

Your PC must be awake, connected and signed in for the daily window. Windows
attempts missed runs when available. A sleeping or switched-off PC cannot show
an alert. Windows and the browser can allow the window to be closed; closing it
does not complete or remove your tasks. They remain overdue until completed
or deliberately archived.

Browser notifications are optional and work while the planner page is open.
Windows can dismiss those notifications. The daily scheduled window is separate.

Keep Windows timezone set to Europe/London. Changing the time in planner settings
only changes browser reminders; run this Windows setup again to change its task.

TO CHECK THE WINDOWS REMINDER
Open Windows Task Scheduler and find 'Sarj Daily Planner - Daily Check-in'.
Select it and click Run. Confirm the planner opens. The setup has not been
executed on your PC automatically. Work PC policies may require administrator help.

TO REMOVE AUTOMATIC OPENING
Run Uninstall-Planner.cmd. It removes only this task and these two shortcuts.
Your saved planner records and attachments remain available online.

DATA
Records are held by the private online planner. An internet connection and valid
planner sign-in are required. Export records from Settings. Download document
files separately from Documents. Exported JSON includes file metadata, not the
binary attachments. No legal, tax or tenancy deadlines are inferred automatically.
